In silence and tranquility lies a place where your body can speak, let go and transform

Although I don't find it easy to put my experiences or feelings into words, I'll give it a try because I had such a beautiful Sunday during this connecting day initiated by Lies and Els. Connecting with other like-minded women makes it easier to switch off "your inner saboteur," as Lies often calls it. It allows you to completely surrender, free from shame and insecurities about yourself, to the warm, safe environment this Retreat Day provided. Even where we worked on the psoas, the muscle of the soul, that foundation is so essential. Wow, what an experience! Coming together, eating together, kundalini together, releasing together, breathing together, being together. Carrying each other! So strengthening and healing! Thanks, Lies and Els! So wonderful! 🌸
