Dear Lies,
I wanted to share with you what the women's retreat brought me.
It was wonderful to feel unconditionally accepted into the circle. Everyone was welcome, and everyone's boundaries were respected. Physically, I found some exercises quite challenging, but that was perfectly fine. The wonderful connection with unknown women was beautiful to feel. At the end, I even drew the right card to take home. I look forward to participating again. In a different or the same capacity, it doesn't matter. It will be above all in a wonderful connection.

What a beautiful experience I've had. I was amazed at how much feminine wisdom you carry within you. How I felt held. How I could be carried along by your strength as a woman in all its facets.
This first encounter with the women's circle you so gently, femininely, and wonderfully initiated brought emotion, wonder, and fascination. Everything was allowed to be there.
I felt understood, supported, and strengthened. Sharing chants, mantras, meditation, and krijas together. Adi Shakti. Kundalini. So beautiful. Truly! Wow!

When I was allowed to participate in Lies' circle for the first time, I had just returned from a wonderful women's retreat. My bar was (unconsciously) perhaps a bit higher than at another time and it felt a bit strange to join another circle after an intense week of togetherness in one group.
Yet it immediately felt like coming home. Lies immediately puts you at ease and her feminine, loving approach makes you relax straight away.
It was special that my daughter (then 13) was also there
It was her first experience with a women's circle, but it felt completely okay for her almost immediately.
The gentle kundalini rituals did their work and provided a
wonderful relaxation and an empty head
