Rest & Relax

During this 1:1 session I will take you through a holistic massage into a deep relaxation where you can be reminded of (the silence , peace and relaxation within) Yourself.

A holistic massage works on different levels... physically, energetically, spiritually and mentally.

This experience can serve as a first introduction to bodywork, where you experience deep relaxation and connection with your body and yourself, as well as a tool to support you in releasing and transforming old pains, stuck patterns and traumas at deeper levels, and thus also being able to integrate the new.
